The agreement between you and CollectWithChase PGS when you submit cards for pre-grading or restoration.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CollectWithChase PGS website and services ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting cards, placing an order, or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
CollectWithChase PGS offers a pre-grading evaluation and optional cleaning/restoration service for trading cards. A pre-grade includes black-light (UV) inspection, surface imaging, and a four-point breakdown of centering, corners, edges, and surface, returned to you as a written report.
Every evaluation and estimated grade we provide is a professional opinion. It is not a guarantee of the grade you will receive from any third-party grading company (including but not limited to PSA, BGS/Beckett, SGC, CGC, or TAG). We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any grading company. Grading companies apply their own standards and may reach a different conclusion than ours.
Our cleaning and restoration service is intended to address surface debris and residue. It does not remove or repair whitening, creasing, indentations, or other structural damage, and results vary by card. Some cards cannot be safely improved. By selecting restoration you accept the inherent risk that a card may not improve, and in rare cases the handling of a fragile card may reveal or worsen pre-existing flaws. We use the most conservative methods available but cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
You are responsible for packing and shipping your cards to us, including any insurance you wish to carry. We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service and proper protection (penny sleeve, top loader, rigid box). We are not liable for loss or damage that occurs in transit while the cards are in the carrier's possession, either to us or back to you. Our liability for any card while in our physical possession is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, except where a greater liability is required by law.
Our stated 48-hour turnaround begins once we receive and log your cards, not from the time of payment, and excludes shipping transit time. Turnaround estimates are targets, not binding deadlines, and may be affected by volume or circumstances outside our control.
Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not see or store your full card number. Prices are shown at checkout and charged in the currency displayed at the time of your order. You authorize us to charge the total presented to you for the tier and card count you select.
If you wish to cancel, contact us before we begin work on your cards. Once an evaluation or restoration has been performed, that work is non-refundable because the service has been delivered. If we determine we cannot service your cards, we will refund the affected portion of your order. Refund requests are handled case by case — please reach out.
You confirm that you own the cards you submit or are authorized to submit them, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have a parent/guardian's consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollectWithChase PGS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost value, lost profits, or a grade outcome that differs from our opinion. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
